Anxious minds really helped me in my time of need. After trying many other counselling routes the only option I knew was to fork out unaffordable money to private expensive therapy providers until I heard about anxious minds after starting to hike with the Newcastle hiking group in 2020! I don’t think many people really know about small charities like anxious minds so the more I can raise to help them with their services, the better! Between counselling and hiking, they been a life saver! So why not combine raising the money for the charity that’s helped me and many others, by doing what i love most… a silly amount of miles hiking!
