Why I’m Taking Part
I find it so vital to be physically active and to take part in group activities for my own mental health. So I'm grateful to be taking part in this 3 peaks challenge.
I wanted to attempt the 24 mile hike to raise funds for anxious minds and to bring awareness of the importance of taking active steps to support our own wellbeing and supporting those around us when mental health becomes a challenge.
