I’m taking part to support people with mental health challenges.
All though I currently don’t suffer with Mental Health this illness is very close to my heart. I know a lot of people who sadly suffer, not forgetting those people who have lost their life’s to Mental Health.

I’ve always been the one to challenge myself, this year I decided to start walking/hiking after a friend reccomended me to Newcastle Hiking Group, I’ve I recently been on a couple of hikes with them and really enjoyed it.
Fresh air and fab views and great company - who wouldn’t?!

Newcastle Hiking group took applications for their Yorkshire 3 Peaks hiking with limited places, which I’ve been lucky to bag a place on 20th May 2023.
Christ that’s 2 months time .. EEEK!! 🥾🥾

The hike is just short of 25miles, I know my mind can definitely do it but I’m not sure my body can because it’s older than my mind 🤣

If you can spare anything to support this fab local charity Anxious Minds I’d be over the moon.
Even £1, it may seem so little but it would mean so so much to me.
